Year 10 - Spanish Adventure

Last Friday a group of 10 Gifted and Talented year 8 students were invited to a workshop at University of Wolverhampton to look at the Spanish language and how it is found across the globe in a range of countries. Students had the opportunity to speak with native speakers and they really enjoyed learning about different Spanish speaking countries. They became real ‘adventure agents’ looking for interesting things to see and do in Spanish speaking countries and presented it in front of other schools. TPS students worked very hard to look for interesting facts and did fantastic presentations in Spanish on Argentina and Honduras! They were awarded certificates for their good work and also made their school really proud by winning the prize of the second best adventure agents!
